In my opinion "scientific evidence" is right.as we use soap to wash our hands and body and even if  we are using it for purpose of washing clothes the main idea behind is that we want to wash or remove bacteria.so all the soaps are manufactured on this idea to remove bacteria and beauty concerns for this purpose they used scientific formula for the manufacturing of certain soap.
so i think scientific evidence is muore suitable for it.
