i know that laptop camera is not allowed thats why i was using an external webcam that was working on all the applications like skype , yahoo etc but not working with examinaiton software.
i told them that its not wireless problem.
but they are saying no you are using wireless internet connection thats why you are facing such problem.
and the examination software also get stuck.
i have no idea where is the problem
windows is genuine.
