Janab mere sath bhi aise ho chuka hai. i am 100% sure there is something wrong with the examination problem. i had the same camera problem that the pic option was not appearing, and they objected and said that you are using wireless thats why the problem is occuring.
i even requested for the paper reschedule request but no positive response.
I had the same problem in previous semester exam, not only me there were many students having such problem, but vu is not accepting that problem is from their side not ours.
