(VU-Study-Corner) My problems relating to my fee

A.A 2 all:
Hope you will be fine.I have a problem which i am discussing with all
of you here.Problem is that i started My M.Cs in Spring season but i
freezed it and paid just 1st fee installment of 2250 and did not pay
any other more of it.
Now i have given my mid term and in final term but my LMS Account is
freezed on this reason that i did not pay that installment of Freezed
Semester.
i am not able to understand that when i have freezed my semeste no
stdy no papers no lectures then y i pay dues for it???????????????
And i have missed my Assigments,Quizes And GBD in this problem coz my
account is still blocked.I have send a complain mail to Account adress
but no any reply and response for it.
Plz give me ur good suggestions for this matter.
What i have t done?What is the rule for paying fee in freezed semester in VU.
Guide me .
