(VU-Study-Corner) Help! please answer these questions

I am student of BS computer science. i did not prepare enough in this third semester. 

First question: how many extra semester can i have for clearance of subjects after my last semester.

second question is: I have selected a subject of previous semester because of D grade. if i got even less marks in this semester. will vu give news marks to that subject or highest of both?
